Your greatest resource is Power

Values are a way you can coordinate your priorities. When you understand the values most important in your life, you have the power to align your resources with your values.

I use the word power specifically. Your power comes from your decisions, choices, actions and habits.

The challenge most face is settling down, settling into what you want, how to understand the nature of your power and implementing.

I want to keep this simple for you. The current decisions, choices, actions and habits you are making are based on what you know, usually based on the culture, family and community you have been connected with.

The greatest gift you have is your power of choice and decision. The future is based on the choices and decisions you make today.

Let’s apply this now. If you want to experience a change, it’s not always the change that scares you. It’s doing something different than the way you learned it. It confronts the status quo of how you were taught or what you believe.

The first thing is to list the qualites and values most important to you.

For example, for me, fitness, health and lifestyle (my identity of lifestyle) is important to me. To align my resources with my values, I am going to find community and places to spend my energy, time and money which will build and develop my fitness health and lifestyle which includes people.

I value risk taking, shining my light to be seen valued and recognized. What I consistently do, is find communities and groups who can appreciate these qualites of me.

When you align your values with your resources you add to the quality of your living.

You- must be open to it.

There will always be distractions, ideas of limitations, or just a sense of comfort.

Here’s where it is up to you, your power, your courage, your belief and faith to step forward. To act. To allow.

You will continue to get the same results until you step into a new community, recognizing common values and shared goals.

Time, money and energy are resources designed to circulate. To move and flow. When you are in fear, stressed, feel powerless or helpless with any of your resource, you close yourself off to what is possible.

Listen to that again. When you are in fear, stressed, feel powerless or helpless with any of your resources you close yourself off to what is possible.

Anything New begins with an idea. Then that idea is acted up.

There is no concern of outworld resources. There must be a connection with one’s own inner world, ones own power decisions and actions to make it happen.

There are no rules. There is no structure. You will have to build that. Build your own rules and structures. And, when you find the right communities, they will support you in building those rules and structures.

This is why a corporate culture is important for the company and its employees. This is why a marriage depends on 2 people with a shared vision, common goals and values in life. It makes the journey towards success and fulfillment pleasurable, effortless and HAPPY.

Increasing revenue through investing in people

Speaking up. Finding your own identity.

As simple as these sound, they can be difficult and challenging for many people to harnesss. I use the word harness in reference to power and energy. Most people are unaware of how to effectively step into their own power.

For societal and cultural changes to occur, for people to find a sense of ownership and responsibility, each individual has the opportunity to speak up and embrace their own identity. This doesn’t take away from their work, it actually adds to it.

Intellectual stimulation and emotional intelligence provides feedback for people to know, feel, see, and trust: they are in the right environment to be supported, how much more thet have to give and contribute, what’s not working for them and how they can take responsibility for what’s occurring, leading into problem solving to a more steady, aligned and stable path and outcome.

Speaking up. Finding your own identity. This requires you as an individual know your values, understand your strengths and weaknesses. Having these as qualities and aspects to support you, speaking up and finding your own identity also requires vulnerability.

Vulnerability in asking for what you need. You show up with how you contribute, which may be outside the lines. Vulnerability is choosing to take a stand for yourself through knowing yourself.

Power is energy. As society is building a new foundation based on technology, creativity, innovation, health and community, the old systems based on cost, profit, and misuse of power are falling away.

Harnessing power or energy offers people the opportunity to particitate in new ways.

There is more information available to learn, to grow and implement. There is less dependency on outer sources to mislead, direct, control or act from false power.

What does this offer?

This offers people the opportunity to gain skills and wisdom, to find people, community and connections which support their growth, actually helping hold you as an adult to make decisions, take actions and find your own answers.

This breeds responsible adults. It connects people to values and trust. This design opens a channel for greater success, health, revenue, relationships and giving back. As people step into their own power by speaking up and owning their own idenity- their energy to shine, show up and contribute magnifies. The system shifts from linear based, non creative to innovative, empathetic, problem solving and inspiring. More success is granted to all.

More people are invested

More people want to participate

More people want to be a part of the change

More people find their success and sense of accomplishment helping others.

Funding your new economy

Society has been creating a new economy. An economy which is based on value, connection and growth. This places people in the driver seat for their own personal development physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When I say spiritually, it refers to ones own connection to source, universe, God of their own free will, not based or affiliated with anything outside of themselves.

As we create this new economy, understanding your own values, your own desires and what ignites your passion to be in community with others.

As the old systems crumble and society and communities spearhead social and economic development, understanding your role in empowering yourself to participate, grow and seek the solutions you are reaching for.

The first step is aligning yourself with like minded people. People who support, value and embrace you. This is essential in rising above the mundane and outdated thinking. From here, it asks for your investment, your skills, your energy time or money in contributing and participating. This is not from a state of getting or even giving, it’s a sense of reciprocity of giving and receiving. Receiving information, connections, funding, resources which move you forward towards where you want to be.

Where many often stop is in the next step. This requires a vision, belief in self and action to move you forward. A form of investment in yourself.

Without a vision, belief in yourself or action, you stay stuck where you are.

Creating a new economy asks for you to trust in yourself now. Not in the future, not in the past ideas, to trust in what is forthcoming today which moves you towards what you desire in the future. Not taking action. Not opening to receive, will shut you down, close you off and leave you stuck.

Changing your thought patterns, your beliefs and habits are crucial in finding and forging a new path towards your desired goals.

How do I know? Look at your parents, the people around you. If they haven’t move towards their desired outcomes they’re stuck in their thoughts, beliefs and habits.

If you want different results than them, it’s up to you to take the necessary actions to move beyond. Now, I know this is uncomfortable and scary.

Yet, there is no true sense of safety and security. As the old systems fall away, what becomes apparent is the individuals, the people’s ability to find ways to increase money, gain health, find purposes and achieve more through life. This comes with trust belief and faith in one’s self and the people around you. This develops and strengthens new muscles. Muscles on self responsibility, trust, connection and love. You must be willing to trust and love yourself so much, nothing means more than achieving your desired outcome. This will ask you to step outside your comfort zone and spread your wings to fly.

Career Women and Her True Power ⭐

Career Women have been put to the test. Stepping up when needed, being present when others are in need.

Playing roles of wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, committee member, and the list goes on.

Add to that her own agenda to stay healthy and fit, feel and look sexy~ expressing her true identity and her own sense of self love.

Where does a woman go from here?

It becomes her negative self or critical self talk which has spiraled her down as opposed to up.

Women are designed to support each other through process. Through letting go, releasing and stepping into the new. This is the truth of a woman.

A woman’s True Power comes from this depth of her own identity, her self expression

As career women, recognize the way words, actions, feelings, behaviors and patterns ~ are either filling you up or draining you.

These are the 2 polarities. Masculine and Feminine

Negative self talk, critical self talk vs. self love and truth.

YOU. ARE. A. WOMAN.

AND…. you have the right to be; seen heard valued appreciated loved successful worthy. You have the right to feel beautiful to look sexy to be too big too much too full of yourself. This requires a shift in perspective and owning your true power.

Now how do you implement, flow and embrace this way of experiencing your True Power?

You Trust.

You Allow.

You Give and You Receive.

You create all of this from a space of seeing yourself, all of you, and you look, listen, feel and touch a place~ deep within your soul, Your Spirit.

The parts of you which are sensual, joyful, playful, seductive, receptive, open and free.

It doesn’t happen overnight and neither did your career. It takes practice, vulnerability and trust in yourself like no other. The rewards it pays off are greater than you could imagine.

More intimacy, deeper connection with your significant other/lover, an ability to let things go, to release in a way that allows you to feel, without any attachment, no blame, judgement, shame, accountability or responsibility.

Your True Power as a Career Woman asks you to take off all of the hats, to put on your Crown and Lead as the Woman you are.

This is the beginning of something wonderful. Let your Light Shine from the Inside Out.

The difference with Spirituality from Traditional Education

Creating and implementing Spirituality is very much like going to school and then applying what you’ve learned out in the everyday world. Where some people view Spirituality and everyday living, career, work, family, fitness, finances as separate, they are not.

Learning to understand Spirituality takes a practice, discipline and a process. The difference with Spirituality from traditional education is, Spirituality has you uncover, reveal and bring to light aspects of you, aspects of life and living which had been hidden from you, missing, actually moved from your path of growth. It’s an uncovering of personal truths, that feel good, add value to your life and bring to you love, abundance which in turn builds and creates success, happiness and fulfillment. Just as the tree, which can bear fruits of its labor, so too can you, when understanding this natural order.

Places in your life where you feel drained, depleted, stuck, stagnant, repeating cycles and patterns, unstable, these are ways Spirituality provides an influence, greater awareness and the tools and skills to repair, restore and rebalance you, your life and the world you live in.

Spirituality has a foundation in the natural order of things, growth, expansion, harvest. A birth, death, rebirth cycle that is the ebbs and flows of life.

What I find throws people off the track with Spirituality is not having a foundation to understand the principles, practices and how to apply them without creating disruption in one’s own life.

It requires Endings that with grace flow into New Beginnings.

So how does one go about implementing Spirituality without disrupting their life, work and foundation, while choosing to grow, expand and create the changes they desire?

I believe the first thing is understanding your own foundation, your strengths. Usually strengths revolve around career/work, fitness/health, home/family, relationship/ connection in community, things in your life that create stability. For me, my strength has revolved around health and fitness. Health and fitness has always provided me a stable ground to build on, trust in myself and settle in.

Spirituality involves your relationship and connection to yourself in many ways, from your inner child, masculine & feminine to the environment you find yourself in and the people you’re around.

Holding and understanding your foundation, which is the root chakra through the heart chakra, can remove alot of stress in your life over the struggle and contemplation of what to do next.

As you learn the ebbs and flows, cycles and the ending into new beginnings, you can navigate your life with greater ease. You can enjoy your beloved with deeper and greater love, and you can show up more powerfully and fully as the man or woman you desire to be.

You see with Spirituality, there is no reward, or something to earn. There is no achievement or need to look good or get. With Spirituality you have alignment, the place where your true destiny, your path coincides with the choices, actions, decision and, Trust & Faith you hold.

This give you, the essence of your truth and desires a place, a space to show up. You see, it’s not rewards, recognition, or achievement you truly desire. What you desire is the Truth of you, your desires and your path of excellence and contribution to be expressed to come into your life, to come alive through you.

Spirituality in the presence of practice brings this to you. It’s grounded in your truth and nourished and nurtured by your thoughts actions and beliefs. It comes to light, through the dark and unknown with the ability to apply your skills and tools, your practices to the aspects of you which have been buried, hidden and out of alignment. The ones as I mentioned, you struggle with.

In this you find, happiness, health, healing, vitality, prosperity, joy, pleasure, and all of the aspects of you, you believed were missing. You believed you needed to find or get outside of yourself or didn’t know how to grow and tend to.

Spirituality when implemented into your everyday life offers you this gift. This gift of transformation, of the fruits of your labor, from pain to pleasure, from sadness/despair to joy, from poor to wealth. To see the world through the lens of growth.

Owning your Identity

The power of your 2nd chakra, Owning your identity

The 2nd chakra represents either side of the spectrum, pain or pleasure. It is linked to lack and scarcity or abundance and prosperity. It represents your identity within the world and your relationship to the resources that nourish and nurture, money, food and sex.

It is often modeled, imprinted and developed based on your family systems, their beliefs habits and patterns.

Where lack and scarcity bring upon fear of unworthy, neediness, not enough, hiding, self judgment, hopeless, and a host negative feelings and emotions.

Abundance and prosperity brings with it clarity, focus, a sense of peace, trust and more than enough. It speaks of owning your own identity around your basic needs, money, food, sex.

These 2 sides of the spectrum are designed to have movement~ e-motion, energy in motion. Therefore when you are caught in the current, the flow of emotions you can see, feel and turn your emotions into a powerful transformer of circumstances. Where there was lack and scarcity, identify the relationship, the trigger, the point you feel and how you describe the feeling. From here, begin a process to redefine the feeling. Confront fears, the basis for holding negative feelings and emotions. Take actions that challenge you, scare you and trust, that transforms your feeling quick, it’s an accomplishment, and says yes I can and I do.

Abundance and prosperity is meant to be shared. It’s meant to flow, that’s the true nature of the 2nd chakra when healthy and balanced. You flow, your resources flow freely meaning no negative charge to hold them stuck and stagnant.

2nd chakra is how we relate to our emotions and feelings and how we can flow in the world, our resources and relationships. If you find you get a bit stuck or unsure, find trust, step forward, find pleasure and joy and act. Often the simplicity of giving gets you unstuck. Giving from a positive emotion, no attachment, this is what it means to give freely, non attachment.

Learning to navigate your 2nd chakra will give you a plan of action. It identifies your feelings and emotions and directs you, without attachment, to where to transform and shift your interaction and energy. Energy meaning thoughts, feelings and actions, your beliefs. Once again, often the beliefs were planted by family patterns. As you look, and see, as you decide you want a different outcome, feeling, belief you begin to feel and act from that place.

It begins with giving. With opening up your heart, with finding trust in yourself and freely giving with passion and self love.

It’s where you own your identity. Who you are in the world

It’s a beautiful chakra to have spinning and moving healthy and clear. Enjoy the process

Non Attachment

It’s very simple to speak and say, well detach from it- hold no attachment, it’s another thing to actually be able to apply this skill set.

Non-attachment at its foundation holds you in faith, strength, courage and trust.  It’s a magical place to stand. What occurs in order to be in non- attachment is a power from within and without so strong, there is nothing to stand in your way of the desired outcome.

Now, for many people the idea of detaching, brings up the exact issue that creates the attachment. So for example, fear of money- has people afraid of letting go, releasing, give of money. Fear of safety and security has people holding onto things, homes, people, money because of the feelings and emotions that are associated with the idea of losing safety and security.

These are the real issues, programming and patterns to clear- to find a sense of peace, clarity and freedom.

So how does one go about doing this?

First, identify what the fear is?  I mean look at the fear- not judge it, or label it, just look at what brings up fear- loss of what?  Now once you have identified the fear, be present with it. No action required. No emotions required.  Go about your living, and begin to notice each time a thought, feeling, emotion or experience comes up and triggers this fear. Good.  All you are set to do here is identify it and observe as it comes up.

Now that you know what brings up the fear, you see the trigger. Be patient.  What often is a thorn in the side with non- attachment is the fighting, the grip, the will, and determination to change something to get out of the pain, chaos, trauma.  This holds a charge and power.  Patience is the salve to igniting the trigger.  With patience you can defuse the charge.  Stay in patience. Center, breath, and find stillness.  These are a new experience.  This begin to settle the ground beneath you, the one that shakes everytime the trigger blows up.

What your next step here is to look for what you want.  What experiences feelings emotions and outcomes do you want.  No- attachment, just what are they.  Then ask youself why these triggers affect you.  Why at this point in your life are you being triggered by something that occurred when you were a child and what truth do they hold now? What traumas were there, what chaos erupted, what pain, saddness, vicitimization and lack or scarcity did you see or were exposed to.

Here is where you my love must show up in your power.  If you saw witnessed or experienced a trauma, you most likely did everything you could to protect yourself and overcome it.  Settle in to this with me.  Look around you.  Do you have the love, security, safety, money, food and relationship (whether with yourself or a partner) you desire.  Did you create the environment now as an adult you needed to get yourself out of the situation or circumstance that held you in pain, chaos and trauma?

I bet you did.

So now, the body, your emotions are still running the program.  They are being triggered by the patterns that show up in your life.  See you did a great job remove and growing from the experience physically, yet emotionally those wounds must be released- non- attachment, for you to truly be free.

You’re essentially still holding the fear pattern within through your thoughts actions and behaviors.  Now, non-attachment will ask of you to step into courage, to be the adult, the responsible adult you were always looking for to show up, to step in and take action, to protect you through creating a safe space.  This space gives your emotions, feelings and inner child, inner feminine a space to be safe.  In this safety you have the freedom to be, to express yourself, your truth- to feel to speak to be heard seen and validated.  You are given the space to open and let go, relax and find peace.  This continues to evolve into non-attachment.  That’s right, you are no longer attached to the story or the way others, adults in your life, showed up projecting and intimidating their issues on you.

You find a new sense of peace joy and happiness.  It is here you are free.

Your emotions hold the power to transform your life, are you ready.

Trust The true power you hold within

Trust

Trust is an interesting topic. I believe we’ve been taught, programmed and accepted that trust comes from outside of self, or even put into another power, a higher power.

Yet, there is so much beauty, Self Love and understanding of Self when one places trust in their own hands.

Here is how I understand trust.

It’s a relationship with yourself from your first, second and third chakras. First chakra relates to safety security and place of home. Second chakra relates to pleasure, joy, community, sense of belonging. It relates to your connection to the outer world through your senses. And, third chakra relates to personal power, your own sense of value and worth.

If your first and second chakras are in relationship to how we need each other in a way for survival, what does the model of needing each other look like for thriving? And if personal power is about self worth, how do you choose to show up valuing yourself.

Trust is a relationship you have with yourself. Your ability to know the ground beneath you, your foundation of safety and security, the way you provide for yourself, the way you honor yourself and the way you value and receive your joy and pleasure, this is based on your Self. The self of you that is unshakeable because of the faith and trust you have in who you are and your own personal intimate relationship with Source. Your connection to the ground below you and the sky above you. Ultimately the currency of Self Love, the currency of trust in Self and your Divine Beingness.

Trust holds the power within you. Trust speaks from your foundation of safety and security. You know you are safe, for your truth and your alignment, your integrity are in relationship with how you feel. Yes, how you feel about yourself.

That’s right, feeling. Do you have self love? Do you honor your word? Do you value yourself? Do you find no need to be right, to judge, to control or get anything? Your feelings of self control, a place of freedom, peace, pleasure and joy is the process through which trust comes through.

What I am saying is, when in the feelings, abundant with who you are, through self control, freedom, peace, pleasure and joy, you gain, you earn trust within yourself. And, these feelings become effortless and easy when you are in your truth. From your truth, you trust.

So this is different than trust outside of self. Trust outside of self looks to others, for others to help, for others to be held with some accountability or responsibility. Trust outside of self will find safe ways, things that have some sort of known, comfort or outside authority. Trust outside of self wants to have a proven system or plan, yet, that plan or system may not match your own inner light, being and self. Therefore, if this proven plan or system does not work for you, when in the community, group or tribe, it affects your Trust in self. It makes you wrong. It makes you wrong rather than looking at the perspective that You Are Not Trusting Yourself.

So what if today, you looked at all the ways you can trust yourself. All the ways you can listen to what makes you feel joy, pleasure, self control, freedom and peace. And look at all the things that you can question your own trust. Is it really your trust in yourself or are you choosing to trust a belief and idea outside of yourself.

There is a place to fit into community and to have safety and security. There is also a way to listen and feel from within your own truth, your own power, your light. And when you do, it opens the gates to the beauty and wealth, of Self Love and Currency of Divine Truth, your own inner knowing, where all things move through you.

What holds you back from what you want

What’s holding you back isn’t what you don’t have. What’s holding you back is the choice and decision to have that which you want.

You see, in order to acquire and have what you want, will ask of you to do the work, put a plan together and take the steps necessary to have what you want.
What holds you back is the story, and beliefs you tell yourself about money, about spending money or putting money towards what you want.

Money is a tool. it is used to build and invest into things, qualities that will help you, to aquire the thing you want. Money is the vehicle, when you spend and invest in services, program and products thathelp you get there. Now the choices you make on the products, services and programs are up to you. The point is saying no, and being unwilling to move money towards your desires, hold you back.

You don’t commit. You’ don’t hold yourself powerful enough. You don’t see the power you hold in the decision you make to have what you want by placing money towards having it.

Now the steps, require action. So when money is put in the plan, you have a sense of urgency a sense of purpose. Take the steps. Go to the groups, take the classes, show up. These are all important aspects that move you towards your desire. It take courage and it shows commitment.

In order to have what you want, you must be doing things different than you are doing them, so this plan puts that in place.

Practice. Practice feeling what it feels like having what you want. Practice expriencing who you are having this. What does it feel like. How do you stand, how do you act? What becomes important to you. Do more of these things.

You see having what you want is in your control What it takes is letting go of the story. Letting go of the excuses. Stepping into curiosity and courage, the 2 qualities necessary to find a new way, to find what it is you desire and want. Every other way- has you in the old beliefs that hold you back and don’t support you and your wants.

Other people will have a story why you can’t do it, why it won’t work.

Stop listening to them. They don’t hold the power, you do. Your power requires actions in alignment with your goals and desires.

What holds you back is your inability to take the actions, to be bold and hold yourself powerful in action.

Now, today, what are you going to do, what action are you going to take on in alignment with your goals and desires.

Trust as a Resource

Building a new economy with trust, value and commitment

Oftentimes we look at resources as time, energy, or money.  What if we expanded our version of resources to include Trust, Values, and Commitment?

When building a relationship with someone, is it important to you where their commitments are? What do you notice about their values in the way they carry themselves, speak about themselves and others, connect with others, and relate to their work?

Imagine for a moment being in Trust with others regarding your values and commitments; taking action, making decisions, and building these relationships through your resource of Trust. How would your relationship dynamic shift when investing in inner resources rather than outer resources? What if your choices, decisions and actions are processed through your operating system of Trust?

Rather than sitting in a business meeting negotiating time and money for services or products, build a partnership based on Trust, Values, and Commitment, for the benefit of all.  Instead of expending precious energy locking horns with loved ones, for example, you could engage in productive communication in alignment with your values and commitment, grounded in the context of trust. In relationships, appreciating people and services for the value they bring, the commitment they have, and the trust they promote, results in positive growth in time, energy, and money! Your time with the ones you love would be enriched. Your business relationships would flow with purpose. The income you earn would be more satisfying. Your energy, your ability to feel so good and inspired, would increase.  Envision the positive impact building partnerships through Trust, Values, and Commitment could be for your lifestyle.

The skill set of Trust, Value, and Commitment, are taught through positive coaching, as early as childhood.  Recognizing these are skills we learn when it’s required of us to push through, move beyond, and step into a greater version of ourselves.  In childhood, it’s expected for children to learn new skills, and grow. As adults, it’s expected you get a career, a job, even a relationship, and fit into a standard model~ executive, business owner, parent, wife, husband, etc… We stop looking at resources of trust, values, and commitment as priorities, and live mediocre lives preoccupied by time, energy, and money.
