Speaking up. Finding your own identity.
As simple as these sound, they can be difficult and challenging for many people to harnesss. I use the word harness in reference to power and energy. Most people are unaware of how to effectively step into their own power.
For societal and cultural changes to occur, for people to find a sense of ownership and responsibility, each individual has the opportunity to speak up and embrace their own identity. This doesn’t take away from their work, it actually adds to it.
Intellectual stimulation and emotional intelligence provides feedback for people to know, feel, see, and trust: they are in the right environment to be supported, how much more thet have to give and contribute, what’s not working for them and how they can take responsibility for what’s occurring, leading into problem solving to a more steady, aligned and stable path and outcome.
Speaking up. Finding your own identity. This requires you as an individual know your values, understand your strengths and weaknesses. Having these as qualities and aspects to support you, speaking up and finding your own identity also requires vulnerability.
Vulnerability in asking for what you need. You show up with how you contribute, which may be outside the lines. Vulnerability is choosing to take a stand for yourself through knowing yourself.
Power is energy. As society is building a new foundation based on technology, creativity, innovation, health and community, the old systems based on cost, profit, and misuse of power are falling away.
Harnessing power or energy offers people the opportunity to particitate in new ways.
There is more information available to learn, to grow and implement. There is less dependency on outer sources to mislead, direct, control or act from false power.
What does this offer?
This offers people the opportunity to gain skills and wisdom, to find people, community and connections which support their growth, actually helping hold you as an adult to make decisions, take actions and find your own answers.
This breeds responsible adults. It connects people to values and trust. This design opens a channel for greater success, health, revenue, relationships and giving back. As people step into their own power by speaking up and owning their own idenity- their energy to shine, show up and contribute magnifies. The system shifts from linear based, non creative to innovative, empathetic, problem solving and inspiring. More success is granted to all.
